3. No Public User Accounts
- The main webapp does not currently offer public user accounts, account dashboards, saved profiles, or account-based booking management.
- Visitors are responsible for submitting accurate contact and enquiry information each time they use a form or contact channel.
- Host, operator, listing, and admin workflows may still involve separate review, verification, approval, or restricted access outside the public visitor experience.
- Raigad Tourism may refuse, remove, restrict, edit, or moderate any listing, enquiry, contribution, or content that appears inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, abusive, unlawful, promotional spam, or inconsistent with platform standards.
4. Listings And Enquiries
Stay, experience, destination, and service listings may include host-submitted, operator-submitted, user-submitted, third-party, or curated information. Prices, availability, inclusions, facilities, timings, routes, maps, photos, safety requirements, accessibility, weather impact, access conditions, cancellation terms, taxes, permissions, and legal compliance must be confirmed directly with the relevant host, operator, authority, or service provider before you travel or pay.
Enquiries are informational and do not create a confirmed reservation, ticket, service contract, price lock, refund right, or payment obligation unless separately confirmed by the relevant host, operator, or provider under that provider's own terms.
5. Travel Risk And Safety
Travel involves risk. Roads, forts, beaches, waterfalls, coastal areas, forest areas, boats, treks, events, stays, and local experiences may be affected by weather, tides, monsoon conditions, access restrictions, crowding, transport changes, health issues, unsafe conduct, or local rules. - You must submit content that is accurate, lawful, respectful, and yours to share.
- You grant Raigad Tourism permission to use, display, edit, moderate, store, publish, remove, and adapt submitted content for platform operation, promotion, review, safety, listing presentation, and related business purposes.
- Raigad Tourism may remove or edit reviews, images, listing details, or contributions that are unsafe, misleading, promotional spam, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise unsuitable.
7. Host Responsibilities
Hosts, operators, and service providers are responsible for their own listings, services, staff, guests, property, safety practices, permissions, pricing, taxes, licenses, insurance, cancellations, refunds, legal compliance, and commitments made to travellers. Raigad Tourism may review or moderate listings, but approval or visibility on the website does not mean Raigad Tourism guarantees quality, legality, safety, availability, identity, or performance.
8. Prohibited Use
- Do not scrape the platform, disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.
- Do not submit false listings, fake reviews, abusive messages, illegal content, infringing media, or unsafe travel claims.
- Do not impersonate another person, business, host, public authority, or Raigad Tourism representative.
9. Availability And Changes
Raigad Tourism may change, correct, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, content, routes, listings, enquiry flows, moderation rules, verification requirements, or access at any time. The website may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, cyber incidents, third-party service failures, network issues, legal requests, or events outside reasonable control.
